At Belagio, every cake and pastry is prepared and packaged with utmost care to ensure you receive your order in the best possible condition.

Eligibility for Refund

• If you receive:
  
• an incorrect item, or
  

a product that is damaged at the time of delivery,

Form of Refund

• Refunds are issued only as store credit, which will be processed within 3 working days of approval.
  
• Store credit remains valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
  
• No cash or monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
