At Belagio, we take great care to ensure that our cakes and loaves reach you fresh, safe, and on time. Please read the following terms regarding shipping and delivery:
1. Serviceable Areas
- Celebration cakes (including custom and large cakes) are currently delivered only within Bengaluru urban areas.
- Loaves and cake loaves are designed and packaged for longer shelf life and may be shipped to select locations outside Bengaluru, subject to availability of delivery services.
2. Delivery Partners
- We rely on trusted third-party delivery partners for fulfillment. While we provide guidance on safe handling, delivery is carried out under their terms and conditions.
- Belagio is not liable for delays, mishandling, or failures caused by third-party partners, though we may assist in resolving concerns.
3. Product Shelf Life
- Loaves and cake loaves are crafted to remain fresh for approximately 5–6 days from shipping, provided they are stored in the recommended conditions.
- Our recipes have been tested for resilience under different temperature, humidity, and pressure conditions.
- All products are carefully sealed to preserve quality during transit.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Same-day delivery within Bengaluru: typically fulfilled within 4–9 hours, depending on the order size and location.
- Outside Bengaluru (where serviceable): delivery is usually completed within 3–4 days.
- Orders may be scheduled up to 15 days in advance via our website.
5. Damages or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or a product that is damaged upon delivery:
- You may request a resolution in line with our Refund Policy.
- Refunds are provided only as store credit; no cash refunds will be issued.
